Part 1b (2021), into whether CNE complied with the pertinent California Independent System Operator (CAISO) tariff provisions regarding the treatment of imports for Resource Adequacy (RA) purposes. CNE stipulates to the facts set forth in Section II of the Agreement, but neither admits nor denies the alleged violations.
