Violation Description: Mark Bryan of New Market, Maryland, and his Delaware-based seafood wholesale business, Harbor House Seafood, were sentenced in federal court in Camden, New Jersey, for trafficking in illegally possessed oysters, creating false health and safety records, and conspiracy charges.
