Violation Description:
Allenstown Aggregate is a stone quarry located in Allenstown, New Hampshire. Thibeault Corporation owns and operates Allenstown Aggregate. During October and November 2010, approximately 4,000 tons of construction and demolition (C&D) debris was transported from Massachusetts and disposed of in quarries owned and operated by Thibeault. It was mixed with clean fill with the intent of diluting the C&D and reselling it as clean fill. The company pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 84 months probation and ordered to pay a $100,000 state fine.
