Ydidi I, L.P., doing business as Chaparral Ice owns and operates ice skating rinks in Travis County Texas. In 2010, Travis County Detectives requested the assistance of EPA-CID's Dallas Area Office. On or about June 10, 2011, employees of Chaparral Ice were instructed to remove painted ice from a rink and dispose of it off a loading dock. When the ice melted it entered a stormwater drain and discharged into a nearby creek. Ydidi I was sentenced to pay a $75,000 state fine.
