The West Virginia Attorney General announced that GE Funding Capital Market Services, Trinity Plus Funding Co. LLC, and Trinity Funding Co. LLC would pay a total of $950,000 to settle allegations of illegally rigging bids, fixing prices and manipulating the market for municipal derivatives. The announcement did not specify how much each company would pay. Here we assume the amount was divided equally among the three.
