Violation Description: During the course of an inspection, it was discovered that the PSHL sensor connection for the oil transfer pump discharge line was found moved from upstream to downstream of the check valve. The needle valve, where the PSHL should have been connected (upstream of the check valve), was found to be in the open position and was not plugged. As a result of the PSHL sensor connection being moved downstream of the check valve, a pressure safety low (PSL) sensor between the check valve and the pump could not be sensed.
