NASD Regulation, Inc. expelled R.D. White & Co., Inc., of New York, NY, from NASD membership for fraud and other securities violations in connection with purchases and sales of two securities. R.D. White, in settling the charges originally filed in April 1999 agreed to pay over $400,000 in restitution to over 200 R.D. White customers, in 29 states was also fined $100,000.
