New Nautical Coatings, Inc. (New Nautical), which pled guilty to willfully conspiring to obstruct the Environmental Protection Agency, was sentenced to pay a fine of $1,235,315.00, that constituted a disgorgement of the unlawful gains the company derived from the offense.
